Fitting a TKAB (Top Kit Alignment Bung) will serve you well, alongside the simple installation process this bung protects your top kit and makes putting together simple it protects against damage ref the below bullet points and stops your elastic sticking to the inside wall of your pole when wet, this helps you land those big bonus fish ensuring a smooth elastic glide when playing fish

Manufactured from a flexible material to reduce damage from impacts and accidental collisions, an interference fit design that requires no adhesive for the pole nose bung to be held in place, the bung also contains a PTFE insert that allows the elastic to glide through your top kit.
